Zubex was founded in 1984 and since the beginning we are dedicated to satisfying the needs of our markets through the production and marketing of plastic packaging with excellent quality for the food industry. Our priority is to invest on technology, innovation, service and maintain high quality food packaging to meet market´s expectations.

    Thanks to the advances in health policies and trade agreements, Mexico exports more than 17 thousand tons of meat products during the first half of 2006, and it is estimated that in a few years it will reach 50 thousand.

    Zubex introduces the Zublon®6, a shrinkable bag of five layers, managing to surpass its predecessor with a shrinkage ability of 38%.

    Mexico maintained its leadership in the American Continent in terms of health and safety, sustaining its status of a pests and diseases free country. This condition has allowed producers to the successfully enter international markets, some of them characterized by its high demand.

    Zubex introduces to the market the Zublon®PCH, which is a traditional vacuum bag with three side seals. This product is made using the bi-oriented technology, making it the most durable on the market. The product is used in packaging sliced salmon, bacon, and ham.

    Mexico begins to export beef to Japan. Mexican producers sold 390 tons of boneless beef to Japan, which results in more than $ 3 million.

    Zubex introduces the Zublon®5, a shrinkable bag of five layers, which achieves shrinkage of 30% and offers an excellent barrier, best-cost option, chlorine free and resistance to the market.

    Zubex offers corrugated sticks of 100 lineal meters of casing which means the customers can produce up to 200 hams. Also in this year Exports to Spain begin.

    ExpoCarnes takes place at Cintermex in 2001, one of the most important exhibits of the meat industry in Latin America, which brings together leading companies of this industry, exposing the latest in machinery, equipment, ingredients, technology, services etc.

    In this same year, the Bone Cover of the company Triune joins the line of products being represented by Zubex.

    The industry of deli meats generates 30 thousand direct jobs and 30 thousand indirect jobs, and has an annual production is of 500 thousand tons.

    Thanks to the good response from the market, Zubex experienced growth and decided to move the facilities to a new plant with 4000 m2 of land and 2500 m2 of warehouses.

    Zubex releases the Zublon® T bags, made of three layers, opening new markets by being a chlorine free product and having a high mechanical resistance for applications in the cheese, chorizo and chicken industry.

    During this year the production of chicken meat grew to 591 thousand tons, surpassing beef and pork, showing an increase of 12 percent over the previous year.

    Zubex worked with international suppliers, and made an investment in printing machines that gave the ability to print front and back in all Zubex products.

    The Pork Processing Industry (Swine slaughterhouses, rooms boning and plants sausages) has a big development, allowing them to killed 4 million pigs Federal Inspection Type (TIF) slaughterhouses, which represented 35% of the total industry in 1996.

    Zubex developed the first Zublon®-2000, a shrinkable casing formed by a 5 layer co-extrusion process which ensured a barrier from all gasses, was harmless to food and that prevented any migrations during cooking.

    With the entry of the Free Trade agreement of North America there is an increase in the commercialization of animals, grains, and meat to the United States.

    Zubex worked on developing a technology that would allow packaging to shrink; and was able to achieve this through the development of a Shrinkable Mono-Layer casing, which enabled stuffing without any wrinkles.

    The productivity of the Mexican Meat and Dairy Industry is between 6 and 23 times higher than the national productivity; which translates in a viable industry that is able to bring investments.

    Zubex develops its own technology which allowed them to offer a cook-in casing that would meet the demands of the market. It is when the first Polyamide Mono-Layer casings were developed.

    Thanks to a accumulative annual growth of 2.9% the livestock area in Mexico increased from 38.8 million hectares in 1940 to 90.42 in 1986, meanwhile the number of cattle grew from 10 million in 1930 to 37.5 million in 1986.

The personal data is managed and protected through the use of databases, managed in computer systems, for which the access is solely and exclusively done by persons designated for such purpose, without allowing its use, consultation, treatment or access from unauthorized persons. The “RESPONSIBLE” has implemented policies and internal procedures applicable to its staff, through which the personal data are used by a minimum number of people, limiting the use of the means of reproduction, and generating the obligation to destroy all those copies or reproductions of documents containing personal data that are not strictly necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the staff of the “RESPONSIBLE”, as well as the prohibition to extract from the offices of the “RESPONSIBLE” any type of information that contains personal data.

Transfers of personal data. Your personal data may be transferred and treated within and outside the country, by persons other than the Responsible for non-commercial purposes, mainly:
