Bone Cover Synthetic is designed as a barrier to eliminate bone punctures while vacuum packing bone-in meat products. The base material is a high strength polypropylene with a wax coating to give the material an excellent dead fold in the packing plant environment of 33˚F.
All material and waxes are Food Grade for direct food contact:
• The polypropylene complies with 21CRF 177.1520 (c)1.1a and 178.2010
• The wax is complaint to 21CRF 178.3710
Dimensions:
• Standard rolls have a length of 300 linier feet of material or 91.4 meters, on a 3 inch core.
